{"id":244541,"date":"2021-04-30T16:59:56","date_gmt":"2021-04-30T19:59:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/?p=244541"},"modified":"2021-04-30T17:01:50","modified_gmt":"2021-04-30T20:01:50","slug":"aegea-e-igua-saneamento-vencem-disputa-por-ativos-da-cedae","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/economia\/aegea-e-igua-saneamento-vencem-disputa-por-ativos-da-cedae\/","title":{"rendered":"Aegea e Igu\u00e1 vencem disputa por ativos da Cedae"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As empresas de saneamento <strong>Aegea <\/strong>e <strong>Igu\u00e1<\/strong> (<strong>IGSN3<\/strong>) venceram a disputa pela maior parte dos ativos da <strong>Companhia Estadual de \u00c1guas e Esgotos do Rio de Janeiro (Cedae)<\/strong>, realizado nesta sexta-feira, 30, na B3, com ofertas de outorgas de mais de 100% sobre os lances m\u00ednimos em um total de R$ 22,7 bilh\u00f5es, ante uma outorga m\u00ednima de R$ 10,6 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Aegea venceu os lotes 1 e 4<\/strong> em disputas acirradas que foram para a fase viva-voz, marcada por incrementos nos lances da ordem de R$ 100 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o lote 1, a Aegea, que tem suporte do fundo soberano de Cingapura (GIC) e da Ita\u00fasa, ofereceu inicialmente R$ 5,97 bilh\u00f5es ante outorga m\u00ednima de R$ 4,036 bilh\u00f5es. A empresa elevou o lance a at\u00e9 R$ 8,2 bilh\u00f5es e venceu na fase viva-voz, superando Igu\u00e1 Saneamento e <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/o-que-e-consorcio\/\">cons\u00f3rcio<\/a> Rendentor, integrado pela Equatorial Energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Aegea tamb\u00e9m venceu a disputa pelo lote 4, com lance de R$ 7,2 bilh\u00f5es, \u00e1gio de quase 188% sobre o valor m\u00ednimo. Pelo ativo, o grupo enfrentou no viva-voz o cons\u00f3rcio Redentor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O lote 2 foi vencido pela Igu\u00e1 Saneameanto<\/strong>, que conta com suporte do fundo canadense de pens\u00e3o CPP.
