A companhia confirmou a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o na quarta-feira (30), durante a reuni\u00e3o do seu Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a companhia, este montante de R$ 100 milh\u00f5es ser\u00e1 dividido entre as  <strong>6.45 bilh\u00f5es de <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/acoes-ordinarias-e-preferenciais-entenda\/\">a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias<\/a><\/strong>, j\u00e1 exclu\u00eddas as a\u00e7\u00f5es em tesouraria, desta forma, o <strong>valor correspondente a cada a\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de R$ 0,0154942583.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pagamento ser\u00e1 efetuado em at\u00e9 30 dias, ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Assembleia Geral Ordin\u00e1ria de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a base de c\u00e1lculo foram considerados os investidores com posi\u00e7\u00e3o acion\u00e1ria final <strong>at\u00e9 o dia 5 de julho de 2021<\/strong>.
