{"id":270460,"date":"2021-08-19T09:31:30","date_gmt":"2021-08-19T12:31:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/?p=270460"},"modified":"2021-08-19T09:45:55","modified_gmt":"2021-08-19T12:45:55","slug":"ambipar-faz-pedido-de-ipo-da-environmental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/negocios\/ambipar-faz-pedido-de-ipo-da-environmental\/","title":{"rendered":"Ambipar faz pedido de IPO da Environmental"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A <strong>Ambipar<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao\/ambp3-ambipar\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">AMBP3<\/a>) divulgou nesta quarta-feira (18) fato relevante informando o o pedido de registro da <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/negocios\/fabricante-de-meias-e-roupas-intimas-lupo-pede-registro-para-ipo\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">oferta p\u00fablica inicial<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/ipo-o-que-e-e-como-funciona\/\">IPO<\/a>) de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria de <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/acoes-ordinarias-e-preferenciais-entenda\/\">a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias<\/a> da sua subsidi\u00e1ria, a <strong>Environmental<\/strong> <strong>ESG<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo comunicado, a ESG tamb\u00e9m incluir\u00e1 esfor\u00e7os para oferta das a\u00e7\u00f5es no exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>Ser\u00e3o oportunamente fixados pelo Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da ESG<\/strong>: (a)<strong> a quantidade de a\u00e7\u00f5es a serem por ela emitidas no \u00e2mbito da Oferta<\/strong>; e (b) <strong>o pre\u00e7o de emiss\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, conforme venha a ser acordado na data de precifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Oferta, ap\u00f3s a apura\u00e7\u00e3o do resultado do procedimento de coleta de inten\u00e7\u00f5es de investimento junto a investidores institucionais, a ser realizado no Brasil, em conformidade com o disposto no artigo 44 da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o CVM 400&#8243;, conforme fato relevante publicado na CVM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Ambipar anunciou em junho a <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/flash\/ambipar-anuncia-a-maior-aquisicao-de-sua-historia-acoes-disparam\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de 100% da Disal Ambiental Holding<\/a> por meio de sua controlada direta, ESG, <strong>representando a 13\u00aa compra da Ambipar desde seu IPO<\/strong>, em 2020, e a quinta compra s\u00f3 no m\u00eas de junho.
