A empresa confirmou o fato em comunicado publicado no in\u00edcio desta sexta-feira (12). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a not\u00edcia, a a\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa subia 2,74% no pr\u00e9-mercado em Nova York, \u00e0s 10h08 (pelo hor\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia). O <strong>BDR da empresa negociado na B3 avan\u00e7ava 2,30%<\/strong> por volta de 16h40, negociado em R$ 60,03.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A J&amp;J separar\u00e1 seus neg\u00f3cios no setor de consumo em 18 a 24 meses, afirmou Gorksy, diante de mudan\u00e7as entre seus clientes e mercados do restante do neg\u00f3cio nos \u00faltimos anos, inclusive durante a pandemia da covid-19.
