Com cotas descontadas, a modalidade foi uma das que mais sentiram o baque da crise iniciada em 2020. Por\u00e9m, no \u00faltimo m\u00eas de 2021, foram vistos sinais de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o, j\u00e1 que o <strong>IFIX <\/strong>&#8211; o \u00cdndice de <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/fundos-imobiliarios\/\">Fundos Imobili\u00e1rios<\/a> &#8211; registrou 8,7% de alta, sendo essa a maior alta mensal desde dezembro de 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dos 21 preg\u00f5es de dezembro do ano passado, apenas tr\u00eas terminaram no vermelho. E esse desempenho no m\u00eas compensa parte das perdas do ano, que diminu\u00edram para a casa dos 2%. Analistas explicam que com as expectativas de menores juros pela frente, somado ao desconto bem significativo com que as cotas dos<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/fundos-imobiliarios\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\"><strong> fundos imobili\u00e1rios <\/strong><\/a>est\u00e3o sendo negociadas, abre-se uma janela de oportunidade para novas aloca\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analisando os FIIs mais rent\u00e1veis de 2021, foi a categoria de <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cafeina\/3-fiis-de-papel-com-ate-1925-de-dividend-yield\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\"><strong>fundos de papel <\/strong><\/a>que liderou. Entre os dez mais rent\u00e1veis, nove s\u00e3o fundos de receb\u00edveis (que investem em t\u00edtulos ligados ao setor imobili\u00e1rio). S\u00f3 o <strong>Prime Urca (URPR11)<\/strong> acumulou ganhos de 41%, segundo a <em>Economatica<\/em>.
