Por ser uma <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/holding\/\">holding<\/a> pura &#8211; j\u00e1 que n\u00e3o tem um servi\u00e7o ou produto &#8211; a<strong> Ita\u00fasa <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao\/itsa3-itsa4-itausa\/\"><strong>(ITSA3 &#8211; ITSA4) <\/strong><\/a> investe em outras empresas do seu portf\u00f3lio assim como a empresa de Warren Buffet. Por\u00e9m, a holding americana sediada em Omaha investe em um n\u00famero maior de companhias que a<strong> controladora brasileira.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somado a isso, a empresa brasileira foi muito dependente do Ita\u00fa &#8211; uma de suas maiores posi\u00e7\u00f5es nos \u00faltimos trimestres &#8211; apesar de vir diversificando seu portf\u00f3lio e ter metas de explorar outros investimentos, segundo declara\u00e7\u00f5es da diretoria.  No entanto, suas a\u00e7\u00f5es vem sendo negociadas por um pre\u00e7o inferior \u00e0 m\u00e9dia dos \u00faltimos cinco trimestres, o que parece um exagero, segundo an\u00e1lise de <strong>Murilo Breder, do Nu Invest.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apesar de ser normal o fato de valor de mercado de Ita\u00fasa <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/financas\/acao-da-holding-ou-controlada-veja-o-que-avaliar-na-hora-de-escolher\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\"><strong>(assim como outras holdings) <\/strong><\/a>ser inferior \u00e0 soma das partes das empresas em que ela investe, a companhia ainda est\u00e1 muito descontada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, o aumento no pagamento dos <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/dividendos-o-que-sao-como-funcionam\/\">dividendos<\/a> pode vir a ser o principal fator de crescimento para os pap\u00e9is, segundo Breder. Na segunda-feira, 09, a companhia divulgou o pagamento de juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio em 2022&nbsp;no valor de R$ 0,0235295 por a\u00e7\u00e3o.
