class=\"rank-math-link\">MULT3<\/a>) informou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (5) que as vendas totais nos shoppings da companhia no segundo trimestre subiram 28,8% sobre o mesmo per\u00edodo de 2019 e 64,5% ante os meses de abril a junho do ano passado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As vendas no per\u00edodo somaram R$ 4,9 bilh\u00f5es,<strong> recorde para um segundo trimestre<\/strong>, disse a empresa em comunicado ao mercado contendo dados operacionais preliminares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do portf\u00f3lio administrado pela Multiplan, 13 shoppings tiveram alta de vendas de dois d\u00edgitos quando comparadas ao segundo trimestre de 2019, &#8220;o que representou um <strong>aumento de quase R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o no volume de vendas<\/strong> destes shoppings&#8221;, afirmou a companhia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia dos shoppings da Multiplan subiu de 94,6% nos segundo trimestre de 2021 para 95,1% no trimestre passado, ficando tamb\u00e9m acima dos 94,8% de janeiro a mar\u00e7o deste ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A companhia tamb\u00e9m informou que programou a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do balan\u00e7o do segundo trimestre para 28 de julho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
