{"id":351084,"date":"2022-08-01T09:58:57","date_gmt":"2022-08-01T12:58:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/?p=351084"},"modified":"2022-08-01T10:07:18","modified_gmt":"2022-08-01T13:07:18","slug":"zamp-antiga-bk-brasil-recebe-oferta-de-aquisicao-de-controle-por-mubadala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/negocios\/zamp-antiga-bk-brasil-recebe-oferta-de-aquisicao-de-controle-por-mubadala\/","title":{"rendered":"Zamp, antiga BK Brasil, recebe oferta de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de controle por Mubadala"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A operadora brasileira de rede de fast food <strong>Zamp<\/strong>, antiga <strong>BK Brasil<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao\/bkbr3-burger-king\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">BKBR3<\/a>), disse nesta segunda-feira (01) que recebeu proposta de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de controle por um ve\u00edculo do investidor estatal dos Emirados \u00c1rabes Unidos <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/negocios\/petrobras-conclui-venda-da-refinaria-rlam-ao-grupo-mubadala-capital\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Mubadala<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O MC Brazil F&amp;B Participa\u00e7\u00f5es lan\u00e7ou uma oferta p\u00fablica de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o (OPA) de 45,15% das a\u00e7\u00f5es da Zamp, por R$ 7,55 cada, o que deixaria a Mubadala, caso a opera\u00e7\u00e3o se concretize, com a posse de 50,1% do capital social da Zamp, segundo fato relevante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atmos Capital, Vinci Partners e Morgan Stanley est\u00e3o entre os principais acionistas da Zamp atualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Zamp, dona das marcas Burger King e Popeyes no Brasil, disse que seu conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 avaliando a OPA e divulgar\u00e1 um parecer pr\u00e9vio em at\u00e9 15 dias.
