O acordo vai encerrar as a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais entre as partes, que tramitam h\u00e1 quase 20 anos, com o IRB se desfazendo da participa\u00e7\u00e3o no empreendimento. Com isso, a resseguradora receber\u00e1 R$ 100 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro destaque do dia \u00e9 a <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/economia\/brasil-tem-taxa-de-desemprego-de-91-no-trimestre-ate-julho-diz-ibge\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">taxa de desemprego no pa\u00eds<\/a>, que ficou em <strong>9,1% nos tr\u00eas meses at\u00e9 julho<\/strong>, sendo o menor \u00edndice da s\u00e9rie desde o trimestre encerrado em dezembro de 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a <strong>EDP Energias do Brasil<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao\/enbr3-energias-br\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">ENBR3<\/a>) informou que assinou contrato de <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/geral\/5-fatos-para-hoje-edp-vende-hidreletrica-mp-sobe-csll-para-bancos-e-corretoras\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">venda da Usina Hidrel\u00e9trica Mascarenhas<\/a>, localizada no Esp\u00edrito Santo, para a brit\u00e2nica <strong>Victory Hill Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities<\/strong> por R$ 1,225 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por que a resseguradora IRB Brasil (IRBR3) fez acordo extrajudicial com os donos do Casashopping?
