arbitral relacionado a a\u00e7\u00e3o em que a empresa de alimentos cobrou indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos irm\u00e3os e da holding por conta de impactos gerados por acordos de leni\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a JBS, o tribunal arbitral que julgava a arbitragem CAM 186\/21 homologou o acordo acertado pela J&amp;F, Joesley e Wesley Batista, Francisco de Assis e Silva e Florisvaldo Caetano de Oliveira com a processadora de alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;A celebra\u00e7\u00e3o e homologa\u00e7\u00e3o do instrumento de transa\u00e7\u00e3o representa o fim do lit\u00edgio objeto do procedimento arbitral CAM 186\/21&#8221;, afirmou a JBS em fato relevante ao mercado, sem dar detalhes sobre quando o pagamento ser\u00e1 realizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
