hotel, em neg\u00f3cio (enterprise value) de R$ 330 milh\u00f5es, incluindo d\u00edvidas de R$ 246,6 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O fechamento da transa\u00e7\u00e3o depende de condi\u00e7\u00f5es precedentes usuais a esse tipo de neg\u00f3cio, entre elas a reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o societ\u00e1ria da Gafisa Propriedades, subsidi\u00e1ria da companhia, para transfer\u00eancia dos ativos objeto do contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Esta transa\u00e7\u00e3o demonstra a capacidade da Gafisa Propriedades na reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de ativos, e na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de valor para os acionistas da
