{"id":440936,"date":"2023-02-27T12:20:02","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T15:20:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/?p=440936"},"modified":"2025-08-08T16:45:31","modified_gmt":"2025-08-08T19:45:31","slug":"acao-da-mundial-chega-a-disparar-40-apos-acordo-para-dividas-tributarias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/financas\/acao-da-mundial-chega-a-disparar-40-apos-acordo-para-dividas-tributarias\/","title":{"rendered":"A\u00e7\u00e3o da mundial chega a disparar 40% ap\u00f3s acordo para d\u00edvidas tribut\u00e1rias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As <strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es da Mundial<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao\/mndl3-mundial\/\">MNDL3<\/a>) chegaram a disparar 40% nesta segunda-feira (27), ap\u00f3s acordo envolvendo redu\u00e7\u00e3o bilion\u00e1ria de d\u00edvidas tribut\u00e1ria, o que acarretar\u00e1 um <strong>efeito positivo de quase R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o nos resultados da companhia.<\/strong><\/p><p>A fabricante centen\u00e1ria de itens como tesouras, facas e cosm\u00e9ticos acertou um acordo com a Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional que reduz um montante total de d\u00edvidas fiscais de cerca de R$ 1,8 bilh\u00e3o para R$ 281 milh\u00f5es, afirmou \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (<strong>CVM<\/strong>) na noite de sexta-feira.<\/p><p>O acordo ainda permite o parcelamento do montante restante em at\u00e9 120 parcelas mensais mais varia\u00e7\u00e3o da Selic.<\/p><p>&#8220;A companhia informa que&#8230;em an\u00e1lise meramente preliminar conforme controles internos, estima um efeito positivo de aproximadamente 983 milh\u00f5es em seus resultados&#8221;, afirmou a Mundial no fato relevante.<\/p><p>Segundo a Mundial, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do valor devido ocorreu com concess\u00e3o de descontos e tamb\u00e9m &#8220;aproveitamento de cr\u00e9ditos de preju\u00edzo fiscal, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da base negativa da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o social, bem como a desist\u00eancia, por parte da companhia, das discuss\u00f5es administrativas e judiciais envolvida&#8221;.<\/p><p>Por volta de 11h35, os pap\u00e9is, que t\u00eam baix\u00edssima liquidez na B3, subiam 28,53%, a R$ 55. Na m\u00e1xima, chegaram a R$ 60 reais (+40,22%).
