O pagamento ser\u00e1 feito em 17 de abril. J\u00e1 o maior dividendo ser\u00e1 distribu\u00eddo pelo KNCR11, no montante de R$ 1 por cota. Constam na lista fundos, como, HGLG11, XPLG11, VISC11, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 analisando todos os fundos imobili\u00e1rios da carteira do IFIX, ao menos 67 anunciaram o pagamento de rendimentos neste m\u00eas, cuja soma \u00e9 de R$ 699.943.423. Os fundos de receb\u00edveis &#8211; que investem em d\u00edvida imobili\u00e1ria, como CRIs &#8211; foram os que <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/financas\/fiis-de-papel-perdem-com-crise-de-credito-veja-lista\/\">puxaram a queda<\/a> do \u00edndice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os fundos&nbsp;<strong>Devant<\/strong>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao\/deva11-devant-recebiveis-imobiliarios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DEVA11<\/a>),&nbsp;<strong>Hectare CE<\/strong>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao\/hctr11-hectare-ce-fii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HCTR11<\/a>),&nbsp;<strong>Versalhes&nbsp;<\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao\/vslh11-versalhes-recebiveis-imobiliarios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VSLH11<\/a>) e <strong>Tordesilhas EI<\/strong>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao\/tord11-tordesilhas-ei-fii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TORD1<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao\/tord11-tordesilhas-ei-fii\/\">1<\/a>)&nbsp;registraram as maiores queda de mar\u00e7o assim como do 1\u00ba trimestre. As perdas no m\u00eas foram de 33,7%, 32,2%, 28,4% e 23,8, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analisando as maiores quedas do 1\u00ba trimestre deste ano entre estes quatro fundos, o&nbsp;Tordesilhas<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00e9 o que acumula a maior perda: 42,99%, segundo o Clube FII.
