E&nbsp; essas mudan\u00e7as podem impactar diretamente os investidores comuns. Isso porque fundos que antes eram destinados a milion\u00e1rios ou investidores profissionais, v\u00e3o poder ser acessados por pessoas f\u00edsicas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa mudan\u00e7a ia acontecer j\u00e1 agora em abril, mas a Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM) postergou a data dado os fundos precisarem de um tempo para se adequarem as novas regras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A inten\u00e7\u00e3o da CVM com as mudan\u00e7as \u00e9 o maior acesso do investidor pessoa f\u00edsica no mercado de investimentos. A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CVM 175 \u00e9 um novo marco regulat\u00f3rio desse mercado. Ela substitui&nbsp; a instru\u00e7\u00e3o CVM 555.  E segundo gestores de fundos,&nbsp;as novas regras beneficiam muito os pequenos investidores. No entanto, um grupo diverge sobre algumas mudan\u00e7as, como a n\u00e3o divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de quais ativos constam na carteira do fundo por at\u00e9 seis meses.
