Ele tamb\u00e9m encaminhou ao Congresso um projeto de lei que prev\u00ea a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o anual dos ganhos de capital aplicados no exterior, nas chamadas <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/offshore\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/offshore\/\">offshores<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquanto os fundos exclusivos s\u00e3o conhecidos como os fundos dos super ricos porque t\u00eam um investimento m\u00ednimo de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es, as offshores s\u00e3o geralmente&nbsp; uma empresa legal registrada em um pa\u00eds ou territ\u00f3rio que oferece vantagens fiscais e regulat\u00f3rias para neg\u00f3cios internacionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de fundos <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/offshore\/\">offshore<\/a> \u00e9, at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, a medida compensat\u00f3ria pensada pela Fazenda para garantir a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da faixa de isen\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/imposto-de-renda-o-que-e\/\">Imposto de Renda<\/a> de Pessoa F\u00edsica neste ano.
