O ganho de capital gerado nas transa\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e1 integralmente compensado atrav\u00e9s de preju\u00edzo fiscal corrente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O valor da opera\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada ao desinvestimento do Shopping Jardim Sul \u00e9 de R$ 343,8<br>milh\u00f5es.
