{"id":648378,"date":"2025-01-23T12:28:50","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T15:28:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/?p=648378"},"modified":"2025-01-24T10:51:35","modified_gmt":"2025-01-24T13:51:35","slug":"dono-do-supermercado-dia-fundo-de-tanure-busca-r-40-milhoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/negocios\/dono-do-supermercado-dia-fundo-de-tanure-busca-r-40-milhoes\/","title":{"rendered":"Tanure p\u00f5e R$ 40 milh\u00f5es em fundo que controla o supermercado Dia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/fundos-de-investimento\/\">fundo de investimento<\/a> Arila, usado pelo empres\u00e1rio Nelson Tanure na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da rede de supermercados Dia em 2024, levantou R$ 40 milh\u00f5es com o pr\u00f3prio empres\u00e1rio.\u00a0 A <a href=\"https:\/\/web.cvm.gov.br\/sre-publico-cvm\/rest\/download\/36935685-9592-4b8c-ae3c-e0112c85fe98\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi notificada<\/a> \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM) nesta quinta-feira (23).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No final de 2024, ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (Cade), o fundo Arila <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/negocios\/tanure-obtem-aval-para-comprar-supermercados-dia-e-abre-caminho-para-fusao-com-gpa\/\">concluiu a compra da rede Dia<\/a>, que est\u00e1 em <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/guias\/recuperacao-judicial\/\">recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial<\/a> desde mar\u00e7o do mesmo ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira do Dia foi inicialmente vendida por seus controladores espanh\u00f3is a outro fundo, chamado Lyra II, por valor simb\u00f3lico. O objetivo era reestruturar uma d\u00edvida superior a R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o. Desde ent\u00e3o, a rede implementou um processo de fechamento de lojas e reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanure, conhecido por adquirir empresas em reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 como <strong>Light<\/strong>, <strong>Allian\u00e7a<\/strong> e <strong>Gafisa<\/strong> \u2013, planeja, segundo fontes pr\u00f3ximas, fundir o Dia com o GPA.
