Desta uni\u00e3o nasce a <strong>The Ether Machine<\/strong>, que deve chegar a mais de US$ 1,5 bilh\u00e3o sob gest\u00e3o da criptomoeda ether.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Dynamix \u00e9 uma SPAC, ou seja, uma sociedade sem opera\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00f3prias criada para captar recursos em uma oferta de a\u00e7\u00f5es e, em seguida, passar por uma fus\u00e3o ou ser comprada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/investimentos\/bitcoin-oscila-perto-da-estabilidade-apos-avanco-de-legislacao-de-cripto-nos-eua\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/investimentos\/bitcoin-oscila-perto-da-estabilidade-apos-avanco-de-legislacao-de-cripto-nos-eua\/\">The Ether Machine<\/a> \u00e9 voltada para investidores que queiram se exporta em <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao-criptomoeda\/eth-ethereum\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/cotacao-criptomoeda\/eth-ethereum\/\">ethereum<\/a> sem propriamente comprar o criptoativo. Al\u00e9m disso, a The Ether Machine est\u00e1 planejando abrir capital na Nasdaq. No caso da Ether Machine, de ethereum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Strategy, empresa de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/negocios\/michael-saylor-compra-us-105-bilhao-em-bitcoins\/\">Michael Saylor<\/a>, tem US$ 73 bilh\u00f5es em bitcoins. A empresa de tesouraria de criptomoedas retomou as compras da moeda digital, mesmo com os pre\u00e7os em m\u00e1ximas hist\u00f3ricas.
