A movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre pouco mais de dois meses <a href=\"https:\/\/investnews.com.br\/negocios\/morre-giorgio-armani\/\">ap\u00f3s a morte do fundador<\/a>, <strong>Giorgio Armani<\/strong>, aos 91 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o <a href=\"https:\/\/24plus.ilsole24ore.com\/art\/essilux-pronta-partita-armani-ma-senza-quota-controllo-AHP7eftD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jornal<\/a>, a EssilorLuxottica teria indicado que n\u00e3o pretende assumir papel ativo na gest\u00e3o da grife italiana, nem ocupar assentos no conselho da empresa.
